Very roomy accommodation with excellent full-height headroom throughout. Four berths layout in two cabins, both with en-suite heads compartments. Reliable woodwork in highgloss finish, with replacement carpeting in the main saloon and LED lighting upgrade throughout (2016). Green-coloured curtains and cream leather saloon seating. Warm air cabin heating throughout the accommodation, with individual thermostatic control in each cabin.
A JVC radio/CD player, with speakers in the main saloon and above the aft deck/cockpit, is fitted. The flat screen televisions located in the aft cabin and main saloon are to be included in the vessel's inventory.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Forward Cabin: with a generous double island berth that incorporates gloss finished deep storage drawers within its foot. A full-width mirror above the head of the berth emphasises a sense of space, while opening hull port lights and overhead deck hatch (with blind) lend light and ventilation. Two wardrobe lockers, one to each side, are of equal size to each other. Four 13 Amp electrical sockets are fitted at sole level. A door from forward cabin gives en-suite access to:
Forward Heads Compartment: is located to starboard and features a dedicated and circular shower compartment with an enclosing door, a pressurised shower and electric drain pump.
An electric-flushing marine toilet is fitted and connected to one of two waste holding tanks on board. The moulded wash basin with a hot and cold mixer tap is set inboard of a 'Corian'-style, fiddled shelf and below two mirrored, eye-level lockers. There is a timber-
finished floor, opening portlight, and 12v shaver socket and DC down-lighting. In addition, an additional door from the vessel's centre-line to this heads compartment gives convenient general daytime access.
Galley: Situated to port of the centre-line walkway, the U-shaped galley is blessed with a
relatively large timber-finished floor area of its own, ensuring that any cook is not going to be bothered by guests passing along the walkway. The galley is not however isolated from the main Saloon and enjoys good light values allowed by the main windscreen directly overhead. Deep, eye-level cupboards are fitted above a light-coloured, 'Corian'-style work surface. An opening hull-side port light is fitted.
Appliances include a large fridge/freezer by Engel, an ENO triple burner gas hob, SMEV oven and grill. A stainless steel sink unit with drainer sink hot and cold pressurised water supplied via a stainless steel mixer tap. A microwave oven is located and hidden within a dedicated cupboard.
Utility: Separately located to starboard of the centre-line walkway an enclosed utility area
under the internal helm's position, is fitted with a Zanussi WDJ-1294 Washer/Dryer and
provided with a rack storage locker. There is provision for the storage of tools or cleaning
materials etc. under the access door's threshold.
Main Saloon: Accessed down four illuminated and carpeted steps from the cockpit, two
curved areas of cream-coloured, leather-upholstered seating oppose each other over a
height-adjustable table on a Besenzoni pedestal. The side window thresholds are well
matched to the seating, ensuring convenient panoramic viewing through a near 270 degree arc. with slide-opening windows to either side for cross-cabin ventilation. The internal helm's position is located to starboard with an independent dual bench seat. A double door cabinet to the port side of the cabin accommodates a flat-screen TV (with dedicated provision for a separate DVD player!) and a drinks locker. Courtesy lights and hidden LED lighting combine to offer tasteful ambience at night, while all overhead down lighters have been replaced using LED's.
Master Aft Cabin: A curved and stylishly illuminated staircase leads aft and down to the
'master' cabin that is fitted with a large, offset double island berth extending from the port aft corner, diametrically opposite to an en-suite heads compartment. A curved settee, finished in 'Alcantara' faux suede and genuinely comfortable, is built into the starboard aft corner, alongside an opening hull port. There are three opening ports in all, ensuring good light levels and cross-cabin ventilation. These combine with an overhead hatch that is fitted with a recessed mosquito screen and blind for privacy from the stern deck. Relatively generous clothing storage is offered by two half-height, illuminated hanging wardrobes that feature deep fiddled storage for smaller garments too, plus overhead locker to port side and two eye-level cupboards on the centre-line alongside a full-length mirror (a flat screen TV, antenna point and power socket have been provided within one of these cupboards). The cabin's heating may be independently controlled from within and is provided with two warm air outlets at sole level, while for harbour use, a low-profile 240 AC electrical radiator is fitted beneath the cabin door's threshold.
Aft Heads Compartment: Situated to starboard, with an electrically flushing marine toilet
that is connected to a waste holding tank; a moulded, deep wash basin, located within the angle between two 'Corian' style fiddled shelves and a separate, circular shower
compartment with revolving door as per the forward heads'. A Venetian blind running
behind the hull-side shelf lends an air of stylish privacy. The degree of headroom in this
compartment is notably good and eye-level lockers (five in total) are all mirror finished with genuine glass.
From the saloon, there are steps aft up to:
Command Flybridge & Aft Deck: This is split into two distinct areas with a slightly raised
level for a helm's position forward and to starboard with a bench seat and an "L"- shaped
'navigator's settee to port. Single step down to the main aft deck with a large "U" shaped
settee running across the full width of the cockpit that will comfortably accommodate 6
people. Two pedestal tables may be mounted within either end of this "U"- shaped seating and, by means of a single leaf to each table, provide a single large dining table. Both flybridge and aft deck are provided with windowed acrylic canopies enabling outside living with commanding views. LED down-lighters are fitted within the radar arch, together with LED courtesy lights to the transom, lighting the swimming platform for night time use and when returning to the vessel by tender after an evening ashore.
Coaming gateways to either side give access to the side decks or down to the swim
platform, the hot/cold water deck shower and the electrically operated davits for the tender.
