The accommodation features a roomy saloon, galley and helm position - all at deck level,
with a passageway forward leading to a double cabin on the port side with a heads
compartment to starboard incorporating a dedicated shower area. The forward cabin features a twin vee berth configuration and suitable storage to satisfy guests.
The layout would lend itself to being a comfortable live-aboard vessel.
Eberspacher warm air cabin heating - with a 7 day timer (the latter replaced in 2020) has
been supplemented with three oil-filled, electrically heated radiators each with a thermostat and timer for background, night-time heating.

Saloon: A 'U'-shaped seating area to port with space to starboard for additional seating if
desired. The seating and upholstery was new in December 2020 and surround a circular
pedestal table on telescopic support to be able to adjust its height. A single locker unit,
located to starboard houses a front-opening domestic refrigerator, mirrored by another locker in the aft corner with a front-opening freezer located within.
Galley: to port and to the forward end of the saloon affords good views of all going on around with ample work surfaces and stowage cupboards under & over. The work surfaces have been re-finished and a two oven, LPG cooker fitted. A stainless steel deep sink is provided, along with an extended hose spray tap. A microwave oven with grill is inset into eyeline cupboard.
All cupboards, with the exception of the peninsular unit were custom made in 2020 and are in varnished Teak finish.
Helm Position: to starboard with sliding door to side deck. Comprehensive array of engine and navigational instruments. Roomy navigational area for traditional navigation.
Steps down to passageway on the centreline lead forward to:
Master cabin: To port with a double berth incorporating multiple storage drawers within its base; a hanging locker and further locker with drawers. The mattress is new and of 'marine' specification.
Heads compartment: Located to starboard, opposite the master cabin, this has been re-tiled and is fitted with an electrically flushed toilet, stainless steel basin with pressurised hot & cold water supply and dedicated, tiled shower area that has been fitted with a custom made stainless steel shower tray and thermostatic shower controls.
Forward Cabin: Fitted with twin berths in a conventional 'V'-shaped layout with drawers and stowage under them and a hanging locker to starboard side aft. The mattresses in this cabin are also to marine specification and are new and these have not been used as yet.
The vessel is carpeted throughout and these are laid/fitted over hardwood parquet finishes.
New, bespoke 'Ratan' blinds are fitted throughout the main saloon, with the exception of the forward-facing windows. External blinds are provided for these windows.
