The Corniche offers up to six berths; utilising a forward cabin, the dinette conversion to a
double and a 'make-me-up' double to starboard side in the main saloon. There is a single
heads compartment immediately abaft the galley. The galley and dinette are fitted at the same lower level, forward of the main saloon and the inside helming position, but enjoy good light levels being beneath the main windscreen. There are also opening hull ports to all compartments in the forward areas.
Hot air cabin heating by Eberspacher is fitted, although the accommodation spaces are also fitted with 13A 220-240V AC. sockets that the current owners have used for supplementary oil-filled heaters for comfort, while a stereo CD/radio unit is fitted by way of entertainment.
Forward Cabin: this features an offset double berth to the starboard side, with a teak
finished 'Vanity unit'/storage unit to port. This unit features a genuinely useful amount of
volume and a relatively deep top access locker with mirror to the underside of the lid set into its upper surface. A single hanging locker is fitted to the port aft end of this cabin. A deck hatch over provides light and ventilation and combines with a single portlight to either side for good cross-ventilation in hot conditions. The original, brass finished reading lights have been fitted with LED lamps for efficiency.
Dinette: at the lower level and located to starboard side - opposite the galley, this features a pedestal-mounted table that has a small extension leaf to the inboard end and that this drops to enable a double berth to be formed over it. A front-opening fridge unit is fitted
within the inboard end of the forward seating, while large volume stowage is provided within the aft bench seat, supplementing crockery stowage within a sliding doored unit between the dinette and main saloon with a hanging locker. There are three individual under-deck lockers above the opening hull port outboard of the table.
Galley: Finished in teak veneered plywood and solidly made, the linear galley has a with
grey laminate-finished worktop, twin stainless steel sinks with a hot and cold water supply; a twin burner gas hob, with separate gas oven unit below. The refrigerator, neatly located within the end of one of the dinette's peninsulas, is a 12V DC or AC unit. fridge. There is a drinking water supply filter unit fitted to the supply plumbing to the sinks.
Heads Compartment: A Jabsco marine flushing toilet (currently without a holding tank -
although this is to be supplied 'loose' with the boat, should the new owner want to have it fitted - for inland waterway use, for example) Large, moulded wash basin and provision for showering, although the shower curtain has been removed for improved general space within the compartment. The curtain rail remains in situ. A 220-240V AC shaver socket is fitted.
Main Saloon: A dedicated helm position is located to the port forward end of the saloon,
with an "L" shaped settee - this can convert to form a double berth - running down the
starboard side of the saloon, with a smaller dual seat unit abaft the helming position to port. Oak effect vinyl flooring has been fitted to replace the original carpeting within the main saloon, making for a much more practical surface about the engine access hatches.
Cockpit aft: Accessed through wide-opening sliding doors, the protective aft cockpit is fitted with white vinyl finished cushions that may be extended to form a sun pad/ overnight berth within the surrounding cockpit canvas. The flybridge (accessed up a rather steep ladder) also sports open-air seating and a double bucket seat for the helmsperson plus one other. A generous bathing platform is fitted to the transom and offers convenient boarding from a tender and a deep reaching, teak-treaded bathing ladder, as well as surprisingly good fender stowage.
